another pretty morning..

off I go on the drive over to the island.. a few more cars around -- three -- 2 more than yesterday.. and one garbage truck..  nice sunrise.. not many birds in the marsh this morning.. beach still closed although open over at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach further north from here..  did my usual stop at the Lake.. someone was in my spot.. a lady reading a book in her car blocking my fishing spot.. go back home will ya'   ...moved next door to the pond.. second cast and a Largemouth Bass-- just a lil' dood --catch and release.. that was it.. headed home..

later on in the morning we took a ride out to CVS -- drive-up window to pick up a prescription.. e-z.. then decided to check on back over at the lake just to get outside for a while... ' Huey Stooey and Dewey'-- no not Donald Duck's nephews but the 3 Gators lounging out on the bank right next to the Par 3 Green waiting for some 'fresh meat' -- golfers to come on by.. a pretty 72* sunny day  :)
