HEAT.. well almost

a lot warmer before sunrise than the past couple of days 49* no wind .. sure makes for a nice morning at the beach.. a pretty day into the mid 60's

yet another 'cold one'

-- and I don't mean a brewski .. 29* at the beach before sunrise..light North wind thankfully.. this time it was down to the west end at 40th street where I met a few of the regular dog-walkers.. at least today there were signs of life not like yesterday.. a much longer walk along the dunes walkway to get on to the beach.. so 30 minutes was enuff playing in the sand.. it was off across the bridge to the mainland and down below to the Sunset Beach Veteran's Park for a few pics.. then over to the Lake about a half mile away on the drive home... 'wet a line' at the lake-- no takers .. butt no alligators either this time of year--they have their earmuffs on for their winter sleep .. a nice butt 'kewl' morning... only got up to 52* the rest of the day.. and sunny

.. 30*--- oh and sunny this morning at the beach around the pier and gazebo area...and no one to tell it to---no other car in the parking lot --I was the only one around-- not even one dog-walker.. all wimped out.. thankfully only a light 5 mph North chilly wind.. needless to say the surf rod stayed in the truck.. was outta there in 20 minutes.. brrrrrrrrrr
