'kewl' temperature morning.. once again 48* with clear skies..  the beach is definitely open but with public parking still closed and prohibited  not many peeps on the beach.. I passed and did not venture on to the sand  .. stopped at the Lake--not a bite as I did try to 'wet a line'.. clouds moved in for the rest of the afternoon with rain in the forecast for the overnite.. up to 72*
