wow... cool temps in the mid 50's started off the day once again..
thought for sure we would be back into some kinda heat as we sailed
toward Hawaii.. got up to 61* mid-day as the sun only peeked thru
the overcast skies... we were out on the Navigation Deck to sit out
there after lunch..couldn't take the noisy area around the inside
Lido pool that I tried out for about an hour....so overall just a
quiet day ..a comedian-ventriloquist was the show for tonite..
pretty funny act...a good show..,
the ship's internet connection has been 'down' since we left San
Diego on Friday afternoon.. what a system! ..the last time I was
this far west on a ship in the Pacific was April-1967 on my first
'cruise'--it was 'free'-- on the General John Pope troop transport
ship
