Happy 50th Anniversary to us.. 'Golden' it is and has been --a fantastic journey sharing our lives together as we continue to love.. share and enjoy each other on our many travels these days doing what we love to do best-- cruising the world visiting our favorite places together.. our day 2 in Trieste, Italia.. cloudy with heavy rain and storms in the forecast so we just decided to stay onboard .. an early breakfast in the Pinnacle as there was no chance of a sunrise .. this is 'changeover' day where most passengers disembark as Part 4 of our 5 back to back cruises begins-- this segment will be 14 days thru the Med to Barcelona.. tonite we celebrate with Dinner in the Pinnacle once again.. we set sail at 11pm tonite for our next port of call- Dubrovnik, Croatia with arrival there early Monday morning after a travel day in the Adriatic Sea tomorrow

after dinner in the Pinnacle it was over to the Billboard Onboard dueling pianos show with Caroline and Brady doing 3 sets of 70's n Icons and All Requests.. they have a great show evey nite and is our favorite onboard..
after the show it was back to our cabin where we were surprised once again by the staff and crew with their continued good wishes .. a gift of personal robes monogramed for each of us ..bottles of Veuve Clicquot champagne from Captain Kevin and Hotel General Manager Darren and the Staff along with a special bed design with rose petals.. what a memorable 50th Anniversary day for us ..
