Day 79-- San Diego ..end of cruise

arrival San Diego 6am.. our 79 day cruise comes to an end.. ENROUTE HOME... off the ship by 915am ..over to SD airport a short 2 mile cab ride away.. since our flight was changed from Delta to American by Holland's Air-Sea we have to fly to Charlotte rather than our preferred Delta-Atlanta connection before heading over to Myrtle Beach and home--long story that I ain't happy with.. if it was up to me I would have just stayed aboard the ship for the 17 day Panama Canal cruise back to Ft Lauderdale and drove home-- last minute they all wanted to do it and follow my lead-- too late SOLD OUT --aaarrrrrgggghhh...  that for another time.. we're in the air now at 130pm  for the 4 hour flight to Charlotte.. our friends Frank & Nancy G are flying along with us.. from Charlotte they head on up home to NYC.. we head over to Myrtle Beach..

arrival Charlotte Airport 8pm EDT.. ain't it grand.. Charlotte Airport.... now I know why we prefer Atlanta... arrived home at Myrtle Beach airport at 1130pm
