Day 13-- Halifax, Nova Scotia

a 'partly cloudy hazy with the sun peeking out kinda morning'.. 47* with the forecast showing a high of 62* as we arrived in Halifax, NS.. I had to give that temp a second look.. we like this city so  a walk about the city is the plan of the day

wow.. just a pretty day in Halifax.. and well appreciated by all.. decided to walk to the Halifax Public Gardens even though we knew it was a couple of weeks early from being in full bloom.. about a mile away 'up hill'--a wonderful walk that we have done a number of times on past visits here.. on the walk back it was time for a Cow's ice cream break--a double Gooey Mooey of course.. just enjoying the sunshine

we were invited once again to a private dinner with Captain Ane and Hotel Director Francois in the Pinnacle Grill.. a great and special evening spent with long time friends..
