the sun beat out the clouds

after yesterday's cloud-filled day hoping for the best this early morning as I set out for the drive over to the beach.. more clouds but saw a break toward the eastern sky as I got closer to the island.. the only break in the clouds it turns out was where it counted.. solid cloud cover everywhere else.. 48* but so what-- it was quiet with very few 'peeps' around and of course most were the regular dog-walkers.. got up to 64* and a pretty sunny day from mid-morning on.. nice day all around... stopped at the Lake on the drive home.. caught 2 Largemouth Bass.. I was LMAO when I caught the 2nd one--a lil' dood..  catch and release of course
