headed out before sunrise

I was off to the beach earlier than usual this morning before sunrise... crossed over the Sunset Beach Bridge to the island a good half hour before sunrise.. decided I'd better take my own advice and do the short walk over the dunes nearby the Gazebo and Pier rather than down to my usual spot on the west end at 40th street.. save the 'boo-boo' knee.. not bad.. still a bit sore but hanging in there.. pretty morning.. 39* and it felt like it as I got on to the beach..
