after 3 days of clouds and rain I headed to the beach at 40th street this early morning.. 'kewl' it was with the wind kicking in at 15+ mph with 31* temps... brrrrrr... just a few dog-walkers were out and about.. it was slow to warm up with temps only getting into the low 50's by noon..
