a scheduled later arrival at 1130am in to Grand Turk.. this is a nice complex with a couple of beaches as well as a Margaritaville pool and restaurant.. today unfortunately a Carnival mega ship- the Carnival Magic- had gotten here earlier- 3690 pax + crew made for it being way too busy and crowded all over.. we walked around and along the beach passing the Beached Whale bar and restaurant .. even that was bursting at the seams.. we meandered to the very east end point of the beach where no one goes..usually find 'seaglass' but it looked like they had just replenished the sand because of beach erosion.. the lines for food and drink were so long we just decided to come back on to the ship having our pizza in the Lido.. BTW as you can surmise I am NOT a fan of the big mega ships over 3k pax.. I'll just leave it at that
