on to the beach at 40th street this early morning before sunrise.. 32* with a 10 mph North wind sure kept most of the regular peeps away.. just a few dog-walkers and that was it.. only up to 47* and sunny in the afternoon sure made it feel like winter has moved in .. brrrrr..
