leaving Long Island

well.. no rain as was forecast for today again.. after nephew's kids last day of school mini concert--on the road again ... stopped in Sheepshead Bay to check out the fishing and bait situation for the heck of it.. then on over to the old neighborhood in Coney Island.. snapped some quick pics 'on the fly'.. $10 bucks for a ride on the Cyclone these days.. used to be a Quarter-- madness.. hay Leon Klein had to pass by W 8th and Luna Park..  was sad to not see W 1st Street there anymore.  always try to pass thru when we stop and visit up this way.. triggers all the good times and great memories from when we were there back in the good ol' days in the 50's and 60's
