Day 23--Quebec City
as we visit this pretty city once again.. it's an uglee rainy dreary day ahead.. heavy rain early..we shall see.. UPDATE-- out and about dodging the raindrops by 12 noon.. a few stops in QC Old Town lower level Quartier Petit Champlain.. just a favorite city of ours to visit :)
