a bit different this morning

a different kinda early morning--and without a sunrise... went over to the east end of the island at Tubbs Inlet--what's left of it-- as it looks across to the neighboring island of Ocean Isle Beach.. sure not much left of Tubbs Inlet at this low tide..looks like it's walkable..-- and only saw 2 peeps the entire time I was there.. as I left the island and stopped off at the Lake it started raining lightly... drove the rest of the way home and there it was -- some kinda UGLEE clouds passing over the south end of Calabash followed by some nasty thunder and lightning storms..heavy rain as I pulled into my driveway.. sure did get dark out..
