UPDATE.. an hour delay getting off the ship with clearance by US authorities.. then a wait for the hotel shuttle to where our car was parked got us on the road by 950am.. phew... headed to Long Island NY to our nephew's house and his brood.. all was well on the drive until we hit the magical area in the Bronx near Co-op City.. the last half hour normal drive took 1 1/2 hours... volume of traffic mainly due to the Belmont Stakes horse race.. you can keep this northeast traffic.. suxxx.. nice day weather-wise ..got up to 83* when we finally arrived at 3pm... a few days here then the drive back home-- if I can actually remember where that is these days with all this traveling-- still lovin' it ! :)
