at least it wasn't raining when I arrived on the beach before sunrise this early morning.. uglee clouds though does not a sunrise make.. winds were out of the NNE at 15mph.. even the ocean water temps have gone down to 82* from last week's highs of 86* with all this rain-- and more in the forecast with a chance of Tropical Storm Erin arriving along the East Coast by next week..
