Day 23- Quebec City

up and on to the Sports Deck at 445am.. plenty of low clouds at the sunrise that never was as we sail northbound along the St Lawrence River south of the twin bridges not far from Quebec City our next port..  then it was on up to the Sky Deck on the bow --watched the ship sail under the bridges -another close call as the Zaandam's Antennas and Radar masts as well as the Smoke-Stack clear the twin spans ..arrived and docked by 7am with now clear sunny blue skies.. 56* going up to 62* by late morning

the 3 Amigos off the ship at 1030am for a walk in Old Town Quebec City.. sunny 61* blue skies..  our friend Ann who had joined us for this last week of our cruise hasn't been back to Quebec City in over 40 years.. we took the Funiculaire to the Upper Level.. stopped at more places and stores along the way.. a nosh stop at Paillards was in order.. those sooper-dooper Croissants were just calling us.. nice.. we took the back way down to the ship and were back aboard by 1pm.. a super nice day.. 😁😃😇..
