clouds.. drizzle and a commotion

soooo.. a little bit of a commotion going on outside the house-- yesterday afternoon and early this morning.. birds were screeching loud..looking up into the sky from our bird feeders outside our kitchen windows.. I knew what it had to be.. located it this morning in the tall pine tree in our front yard after I drove back from the island around 615am.. after watching small birds dive bomb him from the back as he was there on its perch.. a Red Tailed Hawk.. too high in the tree for me to use the hose to spray him.. the small birds bothered him so much he finally left-- flew away.,. hasn't been back all day.. and so much for a 'blown-out' sky-- does not make for pretty pics--at least a little bit of 'action' on this gloomy Saturday... according to the latest forecast no sun in sight for the next 4 or 5 days or so.. ugh
