Day 43-- at sea- VETERANS DAY

Veteran's Day on this November 11th.. a BIG SALUTE to my fellow Veterans who gave the ultimate sacrifice so all of us can remain free..  proud to say I served  US Army 1966-1968 and  a Vietnam Veteran and continue to give thanx and pay tribute to all those who currently serve our country in our military in these trying times.. 'A-Ten-Hut'  !!

the first of 3 days at sea after leaving Fanning Island at 3pm yesterday afternoon ..sailing toward Pago Pago, American Samoa 1262 miles away.. we just crossed over the Equator at 849am  once again into the Southern Hemisphere.. this is the furthest West I've sailed in the Pacific Ocean since my first cruise on the General John Pope Troop Ship back in April 1967 heading to Vietnam.. a free cruise BTW for all of us US Army guys
