day 1 of 2 days at sea as we sail NNW from PV up the Baja coast toward
San Diego .. just a couple of Whale sightings today lots of Dolphin
pods.. water temps high at 86* .. and as we sailed by Cabo the daily fishing fleet was out in full
force..I counted 80+ boats along a stretch of coast about 10 miles north
of the Arch--btw in their usual spot having fished there in the past..
got the Canon Binocs out-- saw one boat hooked up with a couple of jumps
looked like a nice Marlin.. sure took him a while to get him to the
boat.. older binocs still work great with IS-image stabilization.. nice and sunny all day 78* air temps.. caught some rays on the LidoDeck-aft.. last of the Gala nites at dinner on the ship-- Lobster of course
