arrival
Corinto, Nicaragua 11am under sunny 80° blue skies.. a pretty sail-in..
off the ship by 1145am with our friends Mel and Nancy for a short walk
into the small town.. been here many times before so it was just a 'find
a small trinket day'.. $1 dollar local cold beer- Ton'a-- hit the
spot as it was cookin' out here.. back to the ship.. off to dinner
then an after dinner drink Grand Marnier as the four of us went out on
the Lido Deck-aft in the early evening and were treated once again to a
spectacular 'lightning show' off in the distance.. first time I have
ever seen lightning bolts run parallel to the horizon.. ...got lucky--
grabbed a small bolt ... wild.. like an old fashion Coney Island
Fireworks nite
