Day 8-- Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale

arrival before sunrise in Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale as we end Part 1 of our 28 day cruise..  also in port are Holland America's  Koningsdam which we were on in late November as well as the Prinsendam..  a 77* pretty morning before sunrise on the sail-in thru the Inlet

getting ready to set sail once again at 5pm from Port Everglades, Ft Lauderdale ..our itinerary will take us to the Western Caribbean including Cozumel.. Belize..Grand Cayman and 2 ports in Cuba..

our very good friend Anne  has joined us onboard for this Part 2 of our cruise.. we used to be neighbors when we lived on Long Island.. know each other for 46+  years.. her husband was a retired NYFD but unfortunately passed away a few years ago.. we all still miss him
