Day 25-- Total Lunar Eclipse --St Johns, Antigua

had to snap a few pics starting at 1136pm Jan 20 ---  1 hour later than EST as we sailed from our last port of Martinique and while we were passing offshore from Guadaloupe Island---of the Total Lunar Eclipse with the Full Blood and Wolf Moon---a clear sky and so we stayed up until the motion of the ocean along with the winds that picked a smidge up put a kabosh in it just after Totality at 112am early this morning--excessive motion while trying to focus on the Moon directly overhead does not a good photo make--if you get my drift...  BTW all pics were snapped using my mega-zoom Canon SX50HS camera with its 1200mm lens.. my new  6D Mk II SLR only had the 24-105 L lens on this trip so chose the SX50 with the longer range..  ALL pics NO PP--Post Processing and are 'as-is OOC--Out Of Camera'

Total Lunar Eclipse starts 1136pmAST--lower right

hahahaha-gotcha..light-pole on Lido Deck aft where we were

Almost there
Totality at 112am

and now on to our arrival this early morning in St Johns, Antigua to rain squalls with the sun trying to peek out just after sunrise.. you see the sun-- you have rain squalls-- gotta have that Rainbow.. another 'double'..  motorcycles being unloaded off the Celebrity Reflection for a group ride--a first..... passed on going over to Dickerson Bay beach this time around even though the sun was shining off/on most of the day.. tonite a 99% full moon as we sail toward St Thomas with arrival tomorrow morning
