Day 17- Civitavecchia- Rome

another port.. another tour with friends Howie and Phyllis.. after an early breakfast in the Lido a 90 minute bus ride into Rome ..we've been here many times over the years but this was the first time for them.. the walking tour began at the Spanish Steps this time from the top of the steps and down- the e-z way to do the 137 steps down to the Plaza below.. it was then over to Trevi Fountain.. a short Gelato break after picture taking at the fountain- did I here 'Three Coins in the Fountain' yop.. yop... yop.. from the movie in 1954 filmed on location.. a nice e-z walk down the narrow streets to the Pantheon.. from there it was over to Piazza Navonna- a favorite stop... had a nice Pizza lunch.. back on the bus for the drive back to Civitavecchia and the ship by 4pm
