a nice day as we docked before 7am in the Harbor Marina district in downtown San Diego as we end the first part of 18 days of our 2 part back to back cruises.. 49* with clear skies at sunrise that is always behind that skyline.. soon after docking another Holland America ship also docked.. with the sun out all day.. there were 41 of us staying on for the Hawaii-Tahiti segment of 35 days.. leaving well after sunset this evening at 630pm a smidge late past our scheduled 4pm time we are now at sea heading back to Kona, Hawaii 2200nm away
by mid-afternoon temps rose nicely to 69*
