a yucky soggy Tuesday... rain started early before sunrise.. off/on thruout the day.. with stronger t-storms passing thru.. looks like it's from the extreme outer bands of Tropical Storm Fred that is moving north inland a couple of hundred miles.. forecast for rain the next few days..
