it's a 'nice-a' Friday nite dinner.. freshly made home-made linguine from scratch--with Clams.. and baked Clams for an appetizer.... garlic bread.. and a nice Amerone Italian red wine..which makes it all .. 'thatsa nice'.. damn that smells good.. hats off to the Italian Chef Pat doing her thing.. and as always--I stayed outta the kitchen.. mangia
