patience early in the morning..

I drove over to the island this early morning at 615am with the chance of lots of cloud cover on a non-sunrise day-- so I waited it out .. no beach today.. 66*-- brrrrr.. well almost a brrrrr with a 10-15mph North wind.. a stop at the lake on the drive home produced nada except for a sitting Osprey .. the rain started just before 6pm on a downpour kinda storm .. looks like 'rain' is the word for the next couple of days with the remnants of Hurricane Sally moving across and up from the Gulf passing us just to the NNW..   most of the Haze over the past few days is coming across the country from all the wildfires on the west coast
