after yesterday's early morning clouds without a sunrise today the weather forecast shows rain all day.. it started at 545am so wet wet wet it is and will be until 6pm this evening
Holland America's Nieuw Statendam arrived at approximately 4:25 a.m. via Port Everglades Inlet following a 7-day New Year's cruise through the Eastern Caribbean, which included a 'person overboard' incident resulting in loss at sea off the north coast of Cuba after an 8-hour search operation conducted jointly with the US Coast Guard... continuing the sail back a med-evac was necessary stopping at Miami resulting in the cancellation of the Key West port of call.. it now appears to be docked at Terminal 19 in Port Everglades .. we were onboard for 56 days sailing thru the Mediterranean in Europe.. a Transatlantic crossing and the Caribbean and disembarked Dec 13 in Port Everglades.. https://abcnews.go.com/amp/International/holland-america-cruise-passenger-went-overboard-near-cuba/story?id=128836021
