with the early morning 4am weather forecast showing clear skies at 34*F I drove over to the beach and was greeted by a band of low clouds along the horizon.. skipping the beach I decided to drive back across the bridge to Veterans Park along the ICW and it paid off with a 'late sunrise' as it rose above the low clouds-- patience wins again.. it sure looked warmer than it was-- thankfully no wind ..
