back again to Holland America's private island- Half Moon Cay.. a slighty windy early morning with mostly blue skies and sunny.. temps in the high 70's.. we were the only ship in port- anchorage just off the island.. since we were using the larger 'shoreside tenders' a fairly smooth ride over to the island.. we were on the 2nd tender so it was nice on the island and beach with very few peeps around as we walked west along the island path to our usual beachy spot.. the water was super clear with the usual shades of blues.. just a pretty place over the 50+ times that we've been here cruising with Holland America.. construction still abound and that is a sore point with us these days as Carnival Cruise line the parent company of Holland America makes its presence .. still a magnificent island..
