brrrrrrrrrr was the word of the early morning as I arrived on the beach at 36th street.. 41* with a 15mph west wind...no drone flying today with this wind gusting to 20mph.. looks like the town is in full construction mode redoing the dune walkways and the many steps at the entrances on to the beach.. what used to be 4 or 5 steps are now 25 steps.. they have 37th.. 38th street on the west end closed.. not nice. a stop at the lake to 'wet a line'. a couple of bass - catch and release of course... up to 65* by early afternoon.. thunderstorms and heavy rain and wind in the forecast for the weekend
