after yesterday's disappointing 'non-stop' in Nawiliwili we finally reached land arriving early on this Tuesday morning before sunrise in downtown Honolulu , Oahu, Hawaii on this day 1 of an overnite 2 day stay here.. after having breakfast in the Orange Club it was off the ship and over to Waikiki Beach nearby the Hale Koa military hotel on a short bus ride.. the ocean felt good- a bit kewler than what was being reported at 76* water temps. a pretty sunny blue sky day... after a nice time on the beach along with some picture taking while walking the beach it was back on the bus with a stop at Ala Moana Center mall.. one of us needed to shop- I am not a fan of malls.. back on to the ship by 2pm.. dinner in the dining room followed by a local Hawaiian group in the World Stage showroom- Drums of Polynesia.. we saw their show last year when we were here .. spoke with them after the show.. really nice people
