as we make our approach to our first port--Bar Harbor, Maine-- it was my kinda sunrise ..nice and early at 454am ..the low clouds delayed it a bit.. 57* with clear skies.. looks like it'll be a nice day at this tender port of 'Bah-hah-bah'
breakfast in the Pinnacle Grill.. off the ship and on to the tender for the ride in Bar Harbor.. a walk about town as the temps warmed up nicely to a surprising 83*.. 77* was the original forecast.. a sunny day.. the first stop...to get a chocolate chip Whoopie Pie and some java.. in and out of a few of the stores in the town... quaint it is.. decided to have lunch at Geddy's a favorite of ours from years past .. Lobster roll.. New England Clam Chowder.. a blueberry cheese tart with a light beer. a walk in the park overlooking the bay followed before heading back on the tender to the ship...

following the Captain's toast a show in the World Stage 'In Tandem' featuring the Step One Dancers .. a fantastic show I might add.
