a drive over to the beach under a wildly colorful sky on this early Sunday morning before sunrise.. 62* with little wind and some haze.. Ocean Water Temps still at 65* with a few young ladies swimming in the surf not far away from where I was at 37th street.. brrrrrrr.. 'red sky in the morning' that had the forecast for heavy thunderstorms for the late morning that never materialized.. the storm stayed just offshore of the beach as we watched it while driving down to Costco in Myrtle Beach mid-morning.. a nice day overall at 76* with rain again in the forecast for the overnite tonite
