a drive over to the Island before sunrise.. with so many low clouds decided to pass on going to the beach.. stopped along the Causeway near the bridge for a few pics.. met an old friend who I haven't seen in a few months.. he's a local cop who stopped by in his patrol unit to chat .. he's the son of one of my old fishing friends who passed away 15+ years ago.. nice seeing him and talking old times when we all fished together at the Pier for many years--great group of friendly people..he just got back to work after having shoulder surgery.. seems time is passing by so fast even he's ready to retire in 3 years after 27 years on the police force.. wow.. nice day overall up to 73* and sunny
