a
morning-only stopover in Cartagena, Columbia--88* and a bit humid--
HEAT.. a pretty port and scenic bay .. we decided to just stay in the
terminal-- which is unlike most any other terminal--.. the Aviary is
like no other ----plenty of Macaws, Parrots, Toucans, Peacocks
..Flamingos..and don't forget the Monkeys.. hard to believe but they did a super job for this free as a
bird aviary with most just flying around freely ..the only birds that
are kept in cages are the Toucans and Hawks.. a quik beverage in the
cafe then back on to the ship heading to our next stop tomorrow--the
Panama Canal our 7th time roundtrip transiting it.. we departed at 1pm thru the beautiful bay and headed west toward Panama
