a lil' bit of sun .. a lil' bit of pasta

at the beach well before sunrise.. 'tourons' all over at this early hour.. crowded for moi-- not anything like the old Coney Island beach crowds... what is going on.. the last day of the busy weekend .. bye bye till next year... Labor Day Holiday and NO cookout.. a-ha but it was time for some Mussels Marinara with homemade fresh pasta fettucini-- gotta do your own pasta from scratch and you'll never go back-- Pat does it super-well.. a lil' bit of old fashion Ruffino Chianti ( no more straw baskets--boo) and a nice dinner at home.. thatsa' nice.. and yes the Mussels were from PEI-- Prince Edward Island Canada-- we were just cruisin' up that way in May :) :)   ..oh and the Yankees won today --they beat Baltimore
