hope you enjoy some of our adventures and travels ....as well as our everyday hangin' around stuff.. we're Ray and Pat and we are both retired .. we moved down to the Carolinas from the Long Island NY area 21 years ago .. so we have plenty of time on our hands to enjoy traveling....our first love is cruising.. started back in 1990 and have been lovin' it ever since.. we travel just about exclusively on Holland America Line--sometimes referred to as HAL.....
we normally head to the Caribbean in the fall and do a couple of cruises to start our cruise season on a positive note..we like Holland's laid-back quieter cruising .... we've been to the Caribbean too many times to count...cruises to Central and parts of South America and for the last 4 years we've done our annual 28 day roundtrip Panama Canal cruises...usually in February
this year in late October we will be doing a 45 day cruise roundtrip from Ft Lauderdale to the Med in Europe visiting Spain, Italy and Portugal on Holland America's Maasdam
