the beach on the east end.. a drone flight was in order

as quiet as it gets.. this early morning on the beach.. 53*.. just a couple of peeps walking.. less than my usual at the west end at 40th street on a Saturday .. a short drone flight to catch the sunrise.. sunny and 69* thru noon with clouds moving in later on.. nice day overall..

a quiet early morning.. a nice walk on the beach

an early morning drive over to the beach before sunrise.. no wind.. some low-lying ground fog along the dunes.. 51* no wind.. nice.. a short walk on the beach with a few of the regulars passing by.. a nice spring-like day with sunny skies and 74* temps

 

a 'late sunrise'

after driving over to the island at dawn and with no chance of a sunrise with all the heavy low clouds I decided to pass on going on to the beach today .. I stopped instead at Veterans Park on the mainland side of the Sunset Beach Bridge.. another beautiful warm day today with 71* temps and sunny blue skies thruout the afternoon

taking advantage of these 'nice weather days' it was over to the beach before sunrise as per my usual.. another quiet morning 41* and the wind was 'still'.. as in nada.. later on a quick drive down to Costco for the 9-10am senior shopping hour.. it turned into a nice 67* 'warm' sunny blue sky day

 

chilly but nice

a drive over to the beach on this nice 38* chilly early Tuesday morning.. no wind again--which makes it even nicer. the 'usual suspects' walking on the beach.. pretty quiet overall as I stopped to talk with Betty and Bentley who has been doing good in training 'off his leash'--a kewl lil dog.. 62* and sunny skies thruout the rest of the day.. pleasant

 a chilly early Monday morning .. 28* at the house as I drove over to the beach where it 'warmed up' to 31*  .. thankfully the winds were nil so a short chilly flight with my drone was in order.. the afternoon saw sunny skies and 60* temps
