after 3 days of clouds and rain in the early morning--no beach.. with yet another early morning forecast calling for heavy cloud cover I checked the local Ocean Isle Beach webcam before leaving the house.. https://www.surfchex.com/cams/ocean-isle-beach-web-cam there was a good chance I'd get some sunrise pics.. the beach west of my location from 40th street over toward the Little River Inlet jetties was crowded with so many dog-walkers that I lost count.. they all were out ..it was the middle of the tide with a lot more beach to walk along this week.. 49* didn't scare them away.. up to 57* and sunny by midday
