Groundhog Day--Puxatawney Phil sees his shadow
over to the island before sunrise on this early Wednesday morning .. lots of low clouds on this windy morning kept me off the beach.. decided to stop by Veteran's Park on the mainland side of the bridge for a 'late sunrise'.. 30* winds out of the NNE at 20mph
