after a few days of clouds and rain the forecast was for a nice sunny clear day.. a drive over to the island and on to the beach on this chilly 33* early morning.. frost was most everywhere which made the long walk on the dunes walkway 'sporty'.. the beach was quiet with only a few of the regular dog-walkers out and about .. amazing how a lil' bit of kewl weather keeps them away.. after leaving the beach and island I stopped at Veteran's Park on the mainland side of the bridge for a few snaps.. a nice day overall with temps getting up to 53* and sunny by mid-morning..
