where did it go

a sad looking non-sunrise--ugh-- with heavy low clouds and storms all around us earlier this morning.. I noticed that the OBx area (Outer Banks, NC) up the coast was taking a beating at 4am with a powerful storm passing over it.. stopped at the Lake on the drive home from the beach to 'wet a line'.. nada--not even after two small hits.. water got too warm too fast is my guess :)
