Day 35--At Sea

after leaving Funchal yesterday afternoon for the 7 day sail across the Big Pond toward our next port, Half Moon Cay, Bahamas--Holland America's private island-- the weather turned blustery with high seas and rain squalls as the Captain had said in his forecast ..  supposedly will turn better after a couple of days.. we shall see..  48 kt winds in the late morning with 9-12'seas..  more of these bumpy seas thruout tonite and into tomorrow  Team Trivia after lunch...  a great dinner in the dining room.. beef wellington and a full order of king crab legs for us.. followed by Pub Trivia in the Crow's Nest ..the show was a singing group from the UK ...
