the weather has changed as we sail further north getting closer to San Diego.. 60* this early morning.. clouds filled the sky with a couple of rain squalls.. a display of towel animals by the cabin staff at the Koningsdam Zoo near the Lido pool.. only up to 64* by late morning with the sun out.. breezy at 20 kts.. dinner in the Canaletto Italian restaurant..
clouds clouds and more clouds did not a sunrise make.. 70* on this another day at sea 960 nm away from San Diego.. still sailing NNE at 14.5 kts.. sun was shining by 9am then by late morning a series of rain squalls passed thru.. winds picked up to 20 kts.. seas building with more to come by this evening.. it will get 'sporty'.. the ship's internet has been down most of the past 3 days due to lack of satellite reception as we started to get the internet back this afternoon..a common occurence at sea with internet
clouds won out and spoiled the sunrise on this early morning at sea... after about a half hour the sun broke thru as the clouds dissipated.. a little on the kewler side with temps at just 74* up to 79* for this afternoon.. a Mariners recognition event followed by a brunch at 11am
