Sunrise at the Beach.. and a day-trip to Charleston

drove over to the beach.. a nice sunrise.. 51* .. missed Natalie by a minute or so.. saw Steve and 'Lu'.. spotted and snapped a few pics of a couple of deer as I was walking off the beach at the 37th street dunes walkway .. a last minute 2+ hour drive down Route 17 to Charleston for a day-trip.. sun was out when we left the house.. not so down in Charleston.. overcast blown out cloudy skies does not make for pretty pics--ugh.. as we usually do we walked the Battery and Battery Park on to Meeting Street and back for some pics.. some info on Charleston's Battery and Battery Park actually named White Point Gardens .... a link to click on..    Charleston's Battery and Battery Park INFO link

the storm clouds started to move in yesterday late afternoon.. and rain thru the nite and forecast thru tomorrow..temps fell like a rock down to 44* at 4am with continued rain..  same for tomorrow .. thought these low temps were behind us.. not so..

 'trying to find a sunrise' with early morning clouds on the horizon.. like it's been all week.. clouds clouds and more clouds..  drove over to the beach on this quiet Good Friday early morning.. surprised very few peeps out on the sand on this start of a holiday weekend.. a Full Moon setting.. with mostly dog-walkers with one or two walkers in the mix.. 68* that turned into a hot 80* sunny day until the late afternoon when dark clouds moved in to the area.. a short drone flight at the house to snap a few of the storm clouds from up high.. rain is in the forecast for the next 2 days--Easter weekend..
