'snowbirds' sailing by

stopped at the Sunset Beach Veteran's Park and the Boat Landing Pier under the Sunset Beach Bridge this early morning.. watching some of the early-risers and the 'snowbirds' heading north on the ICW (IntraCoastal Waterway) coming back from their winter home in Florida.. up to 79* and sunny .. another nice day

. a lil' on the kewl side at 51* before sunrise.. got up to 70* by mid-morning .. nice day overall

the 'white stuff' ??

 with last nite's forecast calling for heavy rain this morning-- nada-- not a drop as I went out early as per my usual over to Sunset Beach island... clouds all over... but NO rain... by 9am the sun came out to a 79* pretty day---so far..

just checked the weather up in Montreal and Quebec-- snow showers possible over the next few days...Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island also.. yippee .. heading up that way on the Zaandam in 12 days..

 he's got the 'jelly'-- on the beach before sunrise this early morning... no wind.. 65*.. plenty of 'no-see-ums' (nats).. need some wind to keep them away.. got up to 82* this afternoon.. rain in the forecast for the overnite and thru tomorrow--ugh  :(

'oh what a beautiful morning..

oh what a beautiful day'... 65* before sunrise at the beach makes me smile... oh and I caught a few fish at the lake-- that always helps-- catch and release of course.. up to 84* this afternoon HEAT.. lovin' it
