as we all once again on this 24th Anniversary honor and remember those who died that day 9/11/01.. and to also honor those First Responders--- Police.. Fire.. Rescue.. EMT.. Military who sacrificed in helping those in need -- a proud salute ..
NEVER EVER FORGET
with the forecast showing heavy clouds I drove over to the beach on the East End by Tubbs Inlet anyway.. not the best sky at the non-sunrise hour as the sun never did break thru.. 67* early with the forecast showing cloudy skies for the next 3 days.. just an uglee forecast.. the sun finally came out off and on by mid-morning and thruout the day.. temps stayed in the high 70's..

over to the beach this early morning well before sunrise in the dark ... with a 652am sunrise I watched the full moon setting in the western sky at 635am.. sure looked a lil' different.. red it was.. up the 38th street dune walkway steps--all 22 of them-- to get a better view.. a lot nicer than the sunrise that was just blah today.. plenty of peeps walking about just before high tide which made for a 'short beach'.. Sofie stopped by.. so did Lu -- gotta have those 'charlee bear' treats .. a nice day up to 88* by the afternoon.. then the thunderstorms rolled thru.. and some more followed into the evening.. a Video posted on My YouTube Channel https://youtu.be/bCVh4AjVFwE tonite's Lunar Eclipse will NOT be seen in the US.. Africa.. Asia and Australia will be lucky enuff to see it tonite..
